Tried the fried pickles and they were great. Staff was friendly and Payal was helpful! Great place to stop on the way through town. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40

Whenever I go on a Vancouver trip, I stop by Triple O's for a meal. I love their milkshakes, and the food is good too but when the last time I went, I had a really terrible experience because of that Gurpreet guy with broken English. I ordered a smokehouse supreme, and I asked him to make it gluten-free, and he added crispy onions in my burger and crispy onions contain gluten to which I’m allergic. I also asked for garlic parmesan fries and dressing on the side but instead I got the fries with dressing on top. While he was taking the order, he was nodding and saying “yeah yeah yeah” as if he understood me completely but ironically he didn’t and messed up my entire order which also could've put me in the ER if I hadn’t checked before eating. Manager is rude and cranky.. if you don’t like the public don’t work with them.. not the first time she’s ALWAY a snot bag
