Shaniya was so very helpful! she’s such a good crew memberI was going in to get my daily smoothie and she was the nicest most helpful person. More locations need people like her. 10/10 definitely recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Overall a solid 4-star experience at Tropical Smoothie. The employees were friendly, respectful, and created a welcoming atmosphere. You can tell the staff is trying their best and customer service was good. The main area that could improve is speed, especially during busier times, but overall it’s still a good place with nice people working there. At times i drive all the way to wake forest rd location because they provide quicker service.
