She told me I had to order on line at 7:45 date Tuesday 19 th may 2026 . cause she was busy screwup orders very rude customer service she wouldn’t provide her name cause she knew I’ll file a complaint . They were other customer unpleasant either her service too Service: 1

my smoothie was bland and watered down. i asked for a new one and there was no difference. staff are unprofessional and not accommodating whatsoever. Food: 1 Service: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Tropical Smoothie Cafe at 2465 Centreville Rd Ste. J-23, Herndon, VA 20171 Very few times I actually go somewhere and never take a picture. I drank the green Avoclada smoothie, had the Thai chicken salad with a jerk chicken wrap. This place is pretty big on the inside with lot of seating. This was early in the morning around 8:30 am. I was surprised at this place was open but they service was pretty fast and efficient. I did not like the jerk chicken wrap but the Thai salad and the smoothie made up for the score. The jerk Chicken wrap just did not taste like jerk chicken at all Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
