A true local gem for authentic Vietnamese street food! The perfect spot when you’re missing real Ốc. Delicious fresh food, amazing service, and such accommodating staff. Trúc Quán is a true taste of authentic Vietnamese street food, full of flavour and nostalgia. The snails cooked in coconut milk are rich and creamy, while the steamed apple snails with lemongrass are incredibly fresh, fragrant, and perfectly cooked. The hot pots are outstanding: sour chicken hot pot with lá giang leaves has a refreshing, tangy broth, and the traditional crab paste hot pot is rich, hearty, and packed with flavour. The butter-fried quail is crispy, aromatic, and absolutely delicious — honestly, every dish we tried was spot on. A special mention to the coconut ice cream — super creamy, refreshing, and the perfect way to end the meal. Casual atmosphere, fast service, reasonable prices, and consistently great food. Highly recommended for anyone craving real Vietnamese street food in Springvale! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
