I recently had their nine course meal. Everything was fabulous from the bread to the bonbons. We got the full beverage service and everything was finest quality food and beverages. Chef and staff were absolutely amazing. I would definitely give the entire evening a five-star rating.

Farm to table? Sure, if Walmart is a farm. Worked at a Michelin rated restaurant? Why not name the restaurant and chef he worked for? Deception is the obvious answer. Bill thinks that "organic" is a quality rating for food. He TRUELY has no idea what he's talking about. He came to Casper because Casper the friendly ghost was his favorite??? Sounds like he was chased out of his previous market. The bread is good but the owners know nothing about customer service or professional courtesy. They treat employees poorly and disrespectfully and do the same to customers who weren't satisfied with the order they paid hundreds of dollars for. I won't support a business that has such utter disrespect for the community they supposedly want to cater to.
