I recently tried the True Food Kitchen location in Cherry Creek and had a really good experience overall. Parking in the area was a bit tough, but once we got inside everything moved smoothly. The staff was friendly, service was quick, and the wait time was much shorter than I expected for how busy the area can get. I ordered one of their healthier bowl options with grilled salmon, sweet potatoes, snap peas, avocado, grains, and a green sauce that added a lot of flavor. Everything tasted fresh and well balanced without feeling too heavy. The salmon was cooked well with a nice char, and the mix of textures and flavors made it one of those meals that feels both healthy and satisfying. The restaurant itself had a clean and relaxed atmosphere that fit well with the Cherry Creek vibe. I can see why this place is popular for people looking for lighter, healthier meals that still have great flavor. I would definitely go back and try more from the menu.
