I went to trade my phone and ended up waiting from 11 AM until nearly 5 PM .. over six hours in total. When I first got my ticket at 11 AM, I was number 3 in line, and the staff told me I only had two people ahead. However, it took almost 4 hours before I was finally called. To make matters worse, I noticed customers with later numbers (like number 8) being served before me, which shows the staff didn’t manage the queue properly. I literally waited from the time the store was crowded, through when it became quiet, and all the way until only a few people were left. It was a very disappointing experience, and I honestly do not plan to use their service again. Service: 1
