Selección Michelin.
Buena calidad.

A staple of the Tsim Sha Tsui restaurant scene since 1970s, this place is famous for its authentic Cantonese and Shun Tak fare, namely its bestselling honey-glazed char siu pork, braised beef ribs and shredded chicken, alongside some original creations by the head chef, such as fried king prawns in mango sauce topped with caviar. The dim sum is also good... Más información

Staff were a bit hit and miss in this restaurant, but overall the food is great and comfortable environment to sit and chat with friends over yum cha or dinner. Would recommend calling ahead to book a table if you don't want to queue. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I have always admired the food at Tsui Heng Village. . . . If even drinking tea had to be done within a limited time, it would not be the first choice. Service: Dine in Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Try Shunde cuisine in spring@Cuihengcun Among Cantonese cuisine, Shunde cuisine is my favorite. The ingredients are homemade but the ingredients are handmade and the taste is fresh and delicious. I learned that Cuiheng Village has launched a new "Try Shunde Cuisine in Spring" menu, which offers home-cooked classic dishes to satisfy gourmets. How could I, a glutton like me, miss it? So I came to have dinner with my friends. Each person orders a bowl of Shunde fish soup for $138/person! It is served delicately on the stage with a small stove, and you can slowly savor every bite of the hot soup. The fish cloud soup cooked with the above soup has just the right consistency! The half-sunk and half-floating fish clouds in the soup are as full of artistic conception as the white clouds in the sky. The soup is white in color and tastes fresh and sweet. The fish clouds are fragrant, soft and smooth, and you can drink it comfortably. Boiled Chencun noodles with lobster in yellow soup $438! Chencun noodles are homemade and have a very smooth texture. The yellow soup is full of fresh chicken aroma and is attractive. It is paired with fresh, sweet and meaty Australian lobster to make it more luxurious and delicious. Pot stickers and milk with fried fish cakes! The fried pot stickers are golden and crispy, while the milk has a smooth texture, full of milk, and a consistently good taste. The fried fish cakes are smoky, elastic, and a little fishy but not fragrant. The salty clam mustard tastes a much sweeter and fresher taste. Steamed original chicken in a copper plate for $260/half! The chicken is cooked by steaming first and then baking. The key point is to use a traditional copper plate as a container. The copper plate conducts heat evenly so that the chicken is delicious while still retaining the rich gravy. Flavorful ingredients such as kohlrabi, cordyceps flowers and red dates are added. It enhances the layering of taste. Pan-fried shrimp and pork belly cake $188! This extremely authentic pork belly pancake is rarely found in the market. The outer layer is fried very fragrant and not greasy. In addition to pork and fresh and delicious prawns, the most special thing is definitely the addition of pork belly. It has a smoky and tough texture with pork belly. The taste gives this pancake a unique sweet flavor. Oil-soaked golden squid $398 The ignorant squid turns out to be bamboo shell fish! The master's skill is so great that he fried the fish into a beautiful shape! It's crispy and fragrant. You can eat almost all the fine bones, and the fish meat remains tender, tender, and sweet. It's great. For dessert, we got the gold and silver Lunjiao cake for $68! As a perfect ending to this Shunde dish. The "Try Shunde Cuisine in Spring" menu is available from now until May 10.
