My little brother & I travel for work all over the world & all over the U.S. , every week we go somewhere new & we always try & find the best Birria spot! We love in Aldrich Missouri & have tried so many places in Springfield & the 417, & have not found any really good Birria places. This place is definitely our second favorite place we’ve ever had (#1 being a “Los Chilaquiles Mexican Breakfast” in Reno, Nevada). We’ve have tried hundreds of restaurants & food trucks (not exaggerating) & this places really stood out to us & definitely hit the nail on the head! We especially loved the Pizza-Birria but everything we had was great. This is definitely the best Birria spot in the 417!
