Llegamos a las 19:30 y la organización del servicio fue bastante mala. Sirvieron primero a tres personas de la mesa y el resto tuvimos que esperar bastante tiempo. Tras reclamar varias veces, trajeron un cuarto plato, pero el quinto no llegó hasta más de una hora después de estar sentados. Al final cenamos a ritmos completamente distintos, con unos terminando mientras otros aún no habían recibido su comida, algo bastante incómodo. Para ser un local de comida rápida, la espera y la falta de coordinación resultan difíciles de entender. Experiencia decepcionante y mejorable en cuanto a servicio y atención al cliente. Se come muy rico, muy barato. Los mozos son atentos. Fui dos veces el mismo día. La segunda vez pedí un plato que no me gustó (soy extranjero y algunos sabores me resultan extraños) y pedí otro pero avisando que iba a pagar los dos, pero insistieron en cobrarme solo uno. 100% recomendado. Our first visit to Turkis Restaurant was an absolute delight. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the welcoming atmosphere, the cleanliness of the space, and the overall inviting ambiance. The menu featured a wonderful selection of dishes at very reasonable prices, and we were thrilled with the generous portion sizes and the high quality of the food. We decided to try the kufta and doner, but due to a mix-up, we were served Iskender instead of the doner. Surprisingly, this turned out to be a happy accident, as the Iskender was incredibly flavorful and delicious. Every bite was rich and satisfying, highlighting the authenticity of the restaurant's culinary expertise. To complement our meal, we indulged in their Turkish coffee, which was expertly brewed and full of deep, aromatic flavors. The service was impressively quick, and the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, enhancing the entire dining experience. Overall, the atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, making for a truly enjoyable visit. Turkis Restaurant exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent dining experience with great food, reasonable prices, and top-notch service.
