Based on my experiences in the Mediterranean and Middle East regions, the preparation of lamb dishes is the cornerstone for authenticity. The Lamb Shish offered by Turkish Kitchen reflected a mastery of culinary skill and sophistication for genuine Mediterranean and Turkish specialties. Let us not stop there - the Babaganoush, the Lahmacun (meat pie) the Kazandibi (milk pudding) and … the bread (‼). At Turkish Kitchen, close your eyes to find yourself in Istanbul, Antalya or perhaps Izmir.
Ever vigilant to our table, Ercan, our server, ensured every glass was filled and all was to the highest expectations. Everything was “above and beyond.” The second indicator of wholesomeness was encountered with their excellent, genuine Turkish coffee.
