I wish zero options was an option for this review. I have stayed in about 20 hotels around Tokyo and each one of them was understanding of the fact that I don’t have a passport do to the fact that I’m in the military and live in Japan through that. These people refused to check me in and when I asked for a refund they said they couldn’t and the manager was no help. So I ended up traveling for two hours and spent 600 dollars total because these wouldn’t check me in and even when my friend tried to show them a picture of their passport and it wasn’t enough. The front desk staff made faces of disgust to my friends who were just going up to the hotel of my other friend’s hotel to drop their bags. And when I went back to apologize for any trouble and instead of receiving the apology they just kept saying I need a passport to check in repeatedly which I’m ngl made me even more upset because I was just trying to apologize. And every time I kept asking about at least getting my money back for a hotel I’m not even sleeping in they just sorry it’s “policy” and honestly was just not a great feeling and even their faces were cold and dismissing. Don’t spend your money here and get scammed like I did and honestly if I don’t get my money back I’m taking this a step further and getting names and filing a report to their management. Service: 1

We went right after opening on a Saturday lunchtime. They asked if we had a booking, which caught me off guard, but there were still seats so we got in. By just after 12, it was almost full, so I figured it must be a popular spot — and it totally makes sense! All the vegetables at the salad buffet were really fresh, and overall it felt like great value for money. For just under ¥2,000, you get a main dish + salad buffet + unlimited soft drinks + soup + a small dessert. The main looked a bit small at first, but with as much salad as you like, plus soup and rice, I actually ended up completely full. I’ll definitely be coming back! Service: 5

I used it at the lunch buffet! . Oil pasta with kettle-fried whitebait from Tokushima Prefecture 2035 yen (Buffet and drinks included) . . "TurnTable" is located in the Shinsen area, about a 10 minute walk from Shibuya, next to a park called Shinsen Children's Park. . I was very satisfied with the lunch I had at a complex that combines Tokushima Prefecture's antenna shops, hotels, and restaurants in one building. . In addition to fresh vegetable salad, there is an all-you-can-eat buffet including fried chicken and Tokushima's famous somen noodles, Handa Somen! . It's not too busy during lunch time, so you can relax quietly, so it's a recommended lunch spot when you have a little time to spare! .
