I really love this place, but I’m very disappointed with my order today. I specifically asked for medium spice because I don’t like spicy food, but what I received was extremely spicy. I couldn’t even enjoy my meal because of it. I don’t know if there needs to be more consistency or additional coaching on preparing spice levels, but I never want to have this experience again. When a customer asks for medium or even barely any spice that request should be followed. It’s frustrating to pay for food that I can’t enjoy because it was made much spicier than requested. I hope this feedback helps, because I genuinely enjoy your restaurant and would love for this not to happen again. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I really used to like coming here. I am sure it's hard to run a restaurant. They are nice, the service is good. Here is the issue. I have been coming here for five years, I get the chicken Basil every time (check my order), I order extra chicken and I RARELY get it. They charge me an additional $4.00-6.00 and I basically paid $25 plus tip for a bowl of rice, a pinch of diced vegetables, a fried egg and barely any chicken. It's not like it's chicken thighs or delicious chicken either, it's ground up chicken soaked in sauce. Here is my honest review and why I won't be coming back: 1. Portions of protein are abysmal - EVEN when you pay for extra. 2. It's over priced for what you get. Cut the price by 25%-35% and this review wouldn't happen, i'd say you get what you pay for. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Food was overpriced trash. I got the chicken Pad Thai and it was watery and lacked any flavor. Paying $20 for this was a waste of money. I get better food and service from HOT Cafe located in River Dale. Don’t waste your time with Tyde Tate Kitchen. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
