Después de visitar St. University Manila, puedes echarle un vistazo a la carta de este café. La comida japonesa merece aquí la pena. Los clientes de UCC Clockwork pueden pedir una singular pasta, un casero pollo y un bien trabajado marisco. Según el criterio de los usuarios, su helado es sorprendente. Visita este establecimiento y prueba un excelente café helado o un delicioso té.

Por si todo esto fuera poco, su personal es cortés. Siempre que vengas, comprobarás su estupendo servicio. Este lugar arropa a sus asiduos con un delicado ambiente.

Ambience us okay not too loud. You need a lot of patience to get your order. Just for 4 drinks, It took us around 20mins (receipt time 4:44 went to the counter to follow up 5:10), cappuccino was cold coz they were sitting in the counter waiting for the cold drinks, brendos' whipped cream were flat and they didn't even bother. I just wonder why did the foreigners got their coffees faster than we did and they were warm as the coffee should be. Gonna go back? I think not. For it happened twice now. Sorry didn't had a photo for the other orders. I told the staff about the coffee but didn't bother even apologise #nohatejustfact

Their countertop tables used to be my go-to workplace — coffee was strong and outlets were available for people who needed to work on their laptops. I’ve recently noticed a decline in the quality of their branch and what appears to be cost-cutting measures. Most food items are unavailable, sockets are being taped (with masking tape), and they no longer provide WiFi. Instead, they ask their customers to use the 30-minute GoWifi of the mall. Probably the first UCC branch I’ve encountered that doesn’t offer free WiFi connection. This is regardless of how much you order (I ordered a full meal and two coffees).
Coffee is still great, but I can get the same coffee and much better service from the MOA branch.

This is more of a question than a review. I've always wondered why there are different kinds of UCC, like Clockwork, Cafe Terrace, etc and why they can't have all the same items on their menu.

I recently went to Cafe Terrace in Lucky Chinatown Mall in Binondo and tried the chocolate milkshake for the first time, and it was the best milkshake I've ever had! And so I was excited to meet up with some friends in Robinson's Place Ermita because I knew there was a UCC (Clockwork, not Cafe Terrace) there, but I was so disappointed that milkshakes were not on their menu.

Weird thing is, I saw here on Zomato that a new UCC Clockwork has opened in Uptown Mall and that their menu includes milkshakes. I haven't actually been there, so I don't know if they really have milkshakes or if there is just some mistake regarding the menu that is posted here.

So again, more of a question than a review: Why do different UCC's carry different items? And why does Clockwork Uptown Mall have milkshakes on their menu while Clockwork Robinson's Ermita does not?
