THE OWNER ARRIVED AT THE TABLE SCREAMING! Saying that from the beginning we came to cause problems, at that very moment he lost all reason. To begin with, the customer is not a problem, but the solution for any establishment. I have never experienced a situation like this in an establishment, it was shameful! He didn't even spare the family and other customers who were there. I hope you understand the error and don't make other customers leave your establishment like that again. Public exposure is not and has never been a solution. Review your service concepts, Mr. Owner. I'm sorry for the waiter who was attentive all night and lost all credit to his completely senseless superior. EDUCATION IS THE MINIMUM. At no point did I, as a client, raise my voice with you or act rudely, just to remind you or make you rethink your attitude that night. Regrettable. For those who like Smash, it is the ideal place in Taubaté. For those who don't know U.S Burger's Smash, it's definitely worth checking out. I ordered a Spicy and a traditional Cheeseburger and I could see the quality of the products used. Perfect bread for Smash style and top-notch hamburger meat. I was very well taken care of. I'll be back soon to try the Hamburger inspired by Seu Oswaldo's Burger. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R$60–80
