We’re genuinely sorry that your visit did not meet your expectations, especially since you were looking forward to bringing friends and having a good experience with us\.We do want to clarify a few things regarding our gluten\-free and vegan options\. We actually have **a wide selection of gluten\-free items**, and some vegan options, including gluten\-free pastries, and our team is always available to help guests navigate the menu and identify the options that best fit their dietary needs\. If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, we strongly encourage you to ask our team for assistance—we’re happy to walk you through the menu and make recommendations\. As a reminder we are NOT a vegan restaurant, we do offer a great amount of breakfast and lunch items vegan, different than a vegan restaurant that will not accommodate a regular person, but we actually can accommodate a vegan guest.Gluten\-free pastries and specialty items are also among the most expensive products we produce\. We use specialty flours and ingredients, including organic products, and those costs are reflected in the pricing\. We understand that our prices may be higher than some counter\-service restaurants, but we work hard to source quality ingredients and make many of our products in\-house\.That said, we take your comment regarding incorrect allergen labeling very seriously\. Accuracy around dietary and allergen information is extremely important to us, and after careful revision, we stand correct on our menu descriptions\.Our goal is always to provide great hospitality first, and we’ll be addressing your feedback with our team\.We appreciate the feedback, including the criticism, because it gives us an opportunity to look closely at where we can do better\.
