My husband and I arrived on Anzac Day to watch a football game, we were met very aggressively at the front counter by a Kim and Liz, when we were asked if we wanted to become a member my husband agreed. He was then rudely asked if he had an excess amount of alcohol. 2 hours earlier he had 2 mid strength beers. There was no behaviour or indication of drinking and their approach was completely unreasonable. He spoke of his two beers, and they rolled their eyes while agreeing to let him sign in. When his phone number did not register correctly one of the ladies came around walked in front of me, stood on my foot and near barged me out of the way. As I am currently 6 months pregnant, this was not only rude, but a very shocking and dangerous one. We were barked at multiple times as we witnessed other people getting similar treatment. Honestly they may have had a hard day. But need some intense customer service training
