My flattie and I decided to take a break from cooking and get takeaway. I was a bit skeptical because of a lot of the bad reviews but the chicken curry was BOMB. so so good. The fried rice was good too but didn't have a lot of meat which was a bit disappointing tbh overall quite yum but think it's best to drive there rather than getting uber eats judging by the other reviews!

Used to come here a fair bit (once a week / fortnight).. but wow the portion sizes now... For a $22 Roti Canai w/Chicken curry, we received two tiny pieces of chicken, a meagre portion of sauce and the roti. This should be worth $12 at best as an appetizer... come on guys! We were shocked when we opened this. I actually thought they made a mistake with our serving before looking at other reviews which have also picked up on the abysmal portion sizes. While this strategy helps to improve margins (initially), it's also remarkably effective at removing loyal customers. The latter was so effective with us in fact that we won't be returning again. There are plenty of better options in the Eatery, and where this is not an issue. I'd suggest Uncle Man have a good hard look at their pricing model in relation to portion sizes (especially the Roti Canai), and then work out the opportunity cost of losing long-term customers like us. From the reviews there appear to be quite a few now. We'd spend about $50 a fortnight, which equals approx. $1.2K a year which will now not be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointed with the roti kanai and roti for $17.50
The container was filled with sauce that tasted like pure turmeric and three pieces of chicken the size of Popcorn
When I questioned it they just dismissed me
Will never go back again!!!!
