Unity Restaurant is one of those places that reminds you why Atlanta’s food scene is so special. They’ve been serving the Westside since 1979, and after visiting again, I can see why they’ve stood the test of time. The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in. The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. I ordered the fish with cheese grits, cheese eggs, and a sweet tea, and everything was delicious. While I was there, the phones never stopped ringing and customers kept coming through the door, which tells you all you need to know about the quality and consistency. I actually featured Unity Restaurant in a video last year, and the owner told me that customers packed the restaurant out afterward. That’s a testament to how much the community loves this place.
