La actitud de algunas empleadas es muy ruda. No vale la pena rentar un cuarto a menos que sea fiesta infantil , sino es fiesta infantil es mejor estar en una mesa de afuera consumiendo.

We used to love to come here and spend 100 or 200 bucks and enjoy our evening. Today we walked in and went to our favorite machine. We always have cash and tickets on our card so we were confused when nothing happened. After going to a few machines and add funds machine we ended up at customer service. There we found out they went to a new card format. Great! Where'd all my money go that was on it and the tickets we left for a big ticket prize?The company's response,"Everything you had is GONE, we can offer you a free fountain drink for your loss".. I wasn't there to drink soda. I was there to spend my hard earned money.... We proudly walked out and will not be back. Seriously I'm a little exhausted leaving poor reviews but businesses keep showing me they don't appreciate our business. Thanks for teaching me about yourself. I spent significant money there but will no longer have anything nice to say about UNIVERSAL NONSTOP

Hi Matt,We do apologize about this but in April of 2023, we did switch to a different card platform. With no real way of notifying all of the customers, our best option was signs/flyers, our social media and website. We gave the customers over a year to come and get the balance transferred before the previous platform company came and took their equipment. As of July 2024, we started offering an exchange program, because we can not see the balance or tickets on those cards. We are sorry that you are not happy with this new exchange but if you have any way of showing exactly how much you have on those cards, please call 586-782-4123 and leave a message and someone will return your call and discuss the next steps.
