We've been here a lot lately and, in keeping with the goose season, we ordered a whole goose for four people. What can I say: It was simply great! The whole goose was presented as a whole before carving and then served at the table with side dishes and completely cut up. Sauce could be ordered without any problems. We were four adults and two children. Everyone was amazed by the quality of the food. Crispy skin, tender meat. Kale and red cabbage were freshly prepared and tasted excellent. The other times we had Wiener Schnitzel and beef roulade, these dishes were also excellent. The ambience is elegant and modern. Only the music selection is a bit idiosyncratic at times. Today it was suitable, hence 5 stars!
