First of all the guy at the entrance held his hand up demanding his guest for a reservation although the people before us did not have one and were entered so easily without holding his hand up. Next after we were stopped by the ill-mannered guy, one of the waiters that have heard our complains of being stopped said “what provocative people!”. As a group of American-Egyptians we did understand what he said and demanded for a manager that defended him saying his “men” do not insult anyone saying that we are liars. Anyways, this place has very crude staff and management and is not kid friendly at all I do not recommend it for family gatherings, kids birthdays, or any person with dual nationality because they would discriminate. This kind of attitude is what causes tourists to never come back even if their origins are Egyptians
