Stopped in for lunch on the way to the Badlands and was looking forward to a good pizza. Atmosphere was nice, kind of a throwback to old pizza diner days, the other customers that came in after us had pizzas that looked really good but that’s all we can comment on. Unfortunately after sitting for nearly an hour and watching other customers get their order we inquired about our pizzas only to find out the order had been lost and they had not started on ours. This is understandable, mistakes happen but we were seated in the middle of the restaurant and were basically forgotten, if I had not asked I guess we would still be sitting there waiting on pizza. Very disappointing because the pizza looked good. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Waited for one hour before finally losing patience and asking when the food will be ready. Was told it will be a while. I know it was holiday, and groups came in after us was served earlier. When asked, the staffs were unapologetic. Ended up canceling the order and eating at the McDonald nearby. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We celebrated our son’s adoption today. They did an amazing job with our order and even spelled our son’s name on top of our pizza. The food was delicious and service was amazing with super friendly staff. If you are looking for great food and friendly people look no further than Upper Crust Pizza & Wings.
