De lo que este restaurante se enorgullece es de su cocina francesa. Vincent Favre Félix te garantiza un casero foie gras, unos perfectamente elaborados aperitivos y un generoso maíz. Comer su singular parfait o su sabroso helado es lo que un buen número de comensales aconseja. Un gran número de críticos consideran que puedes probar un excelente vino en este lugar. Recomienda a sus clientes distintas variedades de su extraordinario café.
El personal es aquí cordial, y eso es lo que hace que este lugar sea tan bueno. Te va a gustar su estupendo servicio. En este restaurante, sus invitados disfrutan de un ambiente encantador y de una decoración interesante. Es un restaurante con una estrella Michelin, un premio que normalmente se otorga por servir propuestas deliciosas.

Incredible experience. The chef shares his passion for flavors in a fun and pleasant way with great interaction by coming to explain and prepare certain dishes at your table or having you move around the kitchen. Everything was perfect. We had a great time. The staff were very attentive. Special mention to the activity around the main course and the pastry chef's explanations for dessert. Congratulations to the young man from Thonon for his very clear explanations. Cancelation: When we made our reservation, for Valentine's Day 2024, which we made on November 19, 2023, we had the opportunity to choose the "Essential" Menu indicated at €119/cover on the reservation platform made available on the restaurant's website. To this day, even as I write this review, this same menu is still indicated when I try to make a new reservation for the date of February 14, 2024. (see attached photo) We received a call from the restaurant telling us that specifically for this date a unique special Valentine's Day menu at €250 will be offered and therefore if we wanted to maintain our reservation for this evening we would have to opt for a nice price increase exceeding far from the base price of our initial reservation, namely €130 additional per cover. Please note that no special menu is offered or indicated on their website or their reservation platform and that the "Essential" Menu that we had chosen is also not subject to a mention "Excluding public holidays and holidays." unlike one of their menus posted on their website. We can understand that a unique menu for a Valentine's Day occasion can be offered by the restaurant. However, this does not justify the imposition of a menu that explodes in terms of price compared to what is usually offered, without prior indication when booking, or even on the website to date. At the time of our cancellation by telephone, we were not offered to postpone our reservation to a later day to allow us to discover the cuisine of Chef Vincent Favre Félix for the menu that we had initially chosen. This situation absolutely does not make us want to try a new reservation on a more ordinary date. Luckily, we were able to be informed well enough in advance (at least we hope) to be able to find another restaurant for that date. Service: 1

For further information, the restaurant essentially works carte blanche. This is why on the date of November 19, we did not yet have the Valentine’s Day menu. We still warned you a month in advance so that you can change your mind just in case. We work in a short circuit, we cannot know in advance the exceptional products for the creation of this menu that we will receive and which will be offered. We have a unique menu with beautiful seasonal products, meaning that the price changes depending on the experience provided. I can imagine that this is not within the reach of all budgets.
