Very well-kept, somewhat cool atmosphere but warm welcome. Small menu (positive), huge wine list with a large selection of champagne with 304 positions, plus Barbaresco and Barolo with vintage depth. Everything at fairly calculated prices. We chose the four-course Langhe menu with Vitello tonnato, the best we've eaten so far, with excellent Vitello cooked to perfection and an ingenious tuna sauce. Then tagliolini al limone with the finest lemon sauce, of course without cream or anything similar. Perfectly cooked al dente and with a finely balanced lemon flavor. The Brasato al Barolo as the third course, the finest beef, braised until tender with a wonderful Barolo sauce. A light pannacotta for dessert. As an aperitif an Alta Langa DOCG and with dinner a Barolo Bussia 2015 from Fenocchio, which delighted us more with every sip. An excellent menu in a pleasant atmosphere with very good service at a fair price. Keep it up. New Year's Eve dinner. pleasant environment. Welcoming and kind staff. Excellent dishes. Very neat and well presented. Whoever is in the kitchen knows how to do their job with great care and skill.
