Tried this spot this last week and it was fantastic! Super cool concept and food was amazing! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60

I’ve eaten here 3x now and each time it’s been a mess. 1st experience was dine in, they brought us fish instead of chicken and we had to send back and wait a long time for them to correct the order, 2nd visit was also dine in, no seats to sit at with many dirty tables left with plates and food, no one attending them to create new spots for customers to sit. We had to clean a table and put the dirty dishes on another table that had to be attended. 3rd try was take out, was present on site to place the order and witnessed female staff making dishes light arriving with male manager or lead about lack of communication. They somehow forgot my order and I inquired about it after standing around for 35 minutes. They could not find my order, male manager was very apologetic and said he’d throw in some desserts for the inconvenience. Waited around for another 15 minutes. Witnessed other customers upset about their orders being wrong and items missing. Once I received my order, a stapled brown paper bag that was closed up, I should have checked it before leaving because when we got home, one meal had the wrong protein, no desserts in the bag as promised even though it was double confirmed when the bag was handed to me and the sweet potato in both dishes were not fully cooked. We were biting down into cold frozen center potato cubes. We won’t be back to support this business. We threw it out! We looked forward to them opening and serving the community but all 3 visits were bad and it was very pricy for a chipotle style venue. We've been wanting Vessel Kitchen to open in Boise area for years after visiting many in the Salt Lake area. Really great cleaner eating options, so needed here in Idaho! Hearty meals, salads and bowls...kids love the dozens of options and the pita chips and rice crispy treat that come along with the meals. The proteins are delicious, the chicken breast comes with the crispy skin on! The location is in the prime newly renovated downtown Eagle corner...tons of seating including outdoor. The staff was well trained from day one and SUPER friendly. This will surely be a staple for us! Welcome to Eagle Vessel...hope more locations launch in the area as well! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $10–20 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Kid-friendliness: AMAZING kid options
