Highly disappointed by the attitude of the main front of house staff. My husband called Vetch up yesterday and spoke to someone and asked for a reservation which he was told he didn’t need, as they weren’t busy and we could just walk in. My husband then pressed that his name be added to the reservation, which he was told it was. We travelled a distance to come for our ten year wedding anniversary and when we got there we were told we needed an online reservation. When we explained what had happened. There didn’t seem to be any understanding from the front of house. No proper apologies from them and We were quickly ushered out and to feel like it was our fault. We were really looking forward to trying Vetch and subsequently are really disappointed. Such a shame. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
