Yum!!! Steak was insane. Best I've had in a long time. 10/10 for food. Expensive but worth it. Service was good, really friendly staff. Was a bit slow towards the end but they were full by that point. Will defo go back. Price per person: $140–160

Tonight we dined at Vice and came away thoroughly impressed. To start, we had the focaccia, which my partner declared the best she’s ever had. She’s still talking about it and will be for a long while yet. For mains, we had the steak (naturally) with sides of mac and cheese and broccolini. Before ordering, the staff took the time to clearly explain how everything worked, which was appreciated. We’d seen a few reviews mentioning confusion around the setup, but that certainly wasn’t our experience. The steak was exceptional, genuinely the best steak I’ve had, full stop, not just in Canberra. Cooked perfectly, packed with flavour, and paired beautifully with the sides. To finish we had the lava cake, a perfect chocolatey sweet finish to a perfect meal. Vice has officially become my go-to steak restaurant in Canberra. It’s absolutely worth a visit if you’re looking for a quality dining experience. While not the cheapest, you get what you pay for! A big thank you to the team for a fantastic meal and excellent service. We’ll definitely be back. Price per person: $120–140 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I stopped by Vice Restaurant in Canberra City for their $25 lunch special and was genuinely impressed. The deal included a delicious, juicy ribeye beef burger, rosemary and sea salt covered chips, and a drink of my choosing, incredible value for the quality. The burger was perfectly cooked and packed with flavour, while the chips were crispy with just the right balance of rosemary and sea salt. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared rather than just a standard lunch special. The service was excellent, and the vibe inside was immaculate, relaxed, stylish, and comfortable. Surprisingly, I was the only one there at the time, which makes this feel like a bit of a hidden gem for now. I can’t imagine it staying quiet for long though, once word gets out, I’m sure this place will catch on quickly. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in Canberra City. PS, I’ve heard on good authority the steak is one of the best in Canberra. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
