Together with friends this afternoon we reserved a table for four persons at Victor Restaurant in Tønsberg. We ordered two types of Berger, x2 Storfeberger and x1 Lammeberger, and x1 fish soup. The request for all Bergers to be well done. Two of the Bergers had to be sent back because they were only warm, not hot and none were well done. In addition the fish soup was brown colour, only lukewarm and did not taste at all like fish soup and had a texture was between a sauce and porridge. The waitress was very apologetic, but could not disguise her embarrassment. We were offered free deserts and coffees, the single black coffee taken was not of good quality. Overall, a very disappointing meal at quite a high cost, collectively we will not be returning. On a positive note, the decor was very well presented, together with a warm atmosphere. There are other choices in Tønsberg.
