Had a really disappointing experience at Pho & Co Sydenham. The customer service from Rubeena was extremely poor. She was unhelpful and had a very unpleasant attitude, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Customers should be treated with basic respect and professionalism, but unfortunately that wasn’t my experience at all. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and looks into the way customers are being treated. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Price per person: £30–40

Had a fantastic meal here! The food was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully prepared. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, making the whole experience even better. If you're looking for delicious Vietnamese cuisine, I highly recommend this restaurant. I'll definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered a takeaway at lunchtime. I feel severely ripped off. The two summer rolls were stuffed with noodles and not much else. Two summer rolls for £11, you can buy three in the centre of London for £6. The papaya salad was full of carrot and not worth the money. I haven't had anything else off the menu but this was not good.
