Had the Spicy Shrimp Garlic Noodles and fresh spring rolls. Very good! Only thing that wasn’t for me - skin left on the shrimp. Wish the skin was removed. But that may be the traditional way of doing it! Meal type: Dinner

Best phó in the area!!! The owners and staff of this establishment are extremely kind and jovial people. Other than having the best phó around, they also have a specific garden spring roll that has avocado in it (I think they call it California) and it is DELICIOUS. Obviously the Vietnamese iced coffee here is perfect too. Love supporting this business and these wonderful humans. Their food is so nourishing and yummy! Viet Shack has the best Vietnamese food in Phoenix Arizona. I have been to over 20 Vietnamese spots and all have fallen short of Viet Shack. This family owned and ran restaurant produces the best banh mi, phu, wontons, egg rolls, noodles, fried chicken, Vietnamese coffee, and spring rolls you will find in Phoenix. The spring rolls are beyond exceptional! They are made to order and are always fresh and crispy! You NEED to add spring rolls to your order, I prefer the traditional.
