Most disappointing restaurant ever. We've been there a few times years ago, the food got bad, the restaurant got empty, the show is boring. Never going to this restaurant ever again!!! After the valet parking damaged our car, we wrote this E-Mail below. The answer from villa romana was not appropriate: E-MAIL TO VILLA ROMANA:Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the quality ofservice we received at your restaurant on Saturday, 8th July whichultimately led to a very disappointing dining experience.During our visit, we used the valet parking service offered by yourrestaurant. Upon leaving, the valet driver accidentally hit ourvehicle against the side of the wall, causing minor damages. Now Iunderstand that accidents do occur, but given the reputation of yourorganization, I am extremely disappointed in the way your restauranthandled the situation. As an organization offering such services, onewould expect that there are appropriate policies and procedures inplace should an accident occur. However, in our case we were simplytold by the driver to return the following day. This shows a clearlack of communication between your staff given no one from therestaurant came out to assist us. We received no names, numbers orinsurance information and had to deal with the driver directly,requesting for his identification. Furthermore, as foreigners visitingthe city, we had to leave early morning the next day and as such weborne all the costs associated with the repair.To be honest, this is not good enough. I am not pursuing to claim thecosts of the repair against your restaurant but I do want to let youknow that the experience was extremely unprofessional anddisappointing. Please look in to this matter immediately and I do hopeyou will take the necessary actions to set up appropriate policies andprocedures for future customers.Thank you for taking the time to read this.ANSWER FROM VILLA ROMANA: I'm sorry but we can't do anything for your damage because you didn't talk to anybody the day or the next day it's was happened.Best Regards
