Fairly centrally located hotel with very nice service. We had a cozy room with a view of the Rhine. The room was very clean. The only drawback was that the bathroom was relatively small. Which was okay for a short vacation. The breakfast was very good and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Great value

Children are not allowed here. At reception you will immediately be asked to pay for the room. Employees are probably annoyed by the lack of staff and rising costs, but you shouldn't let that show. The parking lot is tight and there are only a few parking spaces available. There is no elevator. There is no heating in the corridors, so it was quite cool. The employees are trying hard, but as already written above, probably at the end of their strength. Rooms: Unfortunately the WiFi did not reach the rooms. There was a small balcony, but you had to share it with another room. If you were lucky, you could also see the Rhine, otherwise you just look at the building itself. The bathroom could use some renovation, although the shower had good pressure. Food & drinks: The menu is small and rather upscale. If you just want something “simple” food, this is the wrong place. The kitchen was very flexible when it came to special requests. The breakfast buffet is also rather small, but sufficient. The prices are steep. The portion sizes not so much. 7€ for a small bowl of Creme Brülett. Rooms: 3 Service: 2 Location: 1 Hotel highlights: Great view
