I was in today 8/30 for lunch and was appalled when I was walking by the kitchen area and saw a women that was handling food in the back dig in and scratch her nasty head, and then pull her hair down scratch some more then pulled her hair up and never washed her hands, she then proceeded to handle the food. I asked my server who she was and was grossed out to find out she is the general manager! Her name is Elisea, I would think being in management she would know about prober Hygiene and hand washing procedures. I will not be back as long as she is still employed with village inn. I do hope this issue is addressed promptly as I will be calling to check if this has been addressed. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
