Stopped in today for a late breakfast on our way home from a Canada fishing trip. It was extremely busy, but got seated right away. Waitress was incredible, food was spot on and we all left with a full belly. We will be back on our next trip.

For a few years now this has been a typical stop for us when traveling through Virginia. The location is very convenient and the meals have been quick and satisfying. That has kept us choosing Village Inn over other nearby options. The last few times we've been in, most recently last week, the thing that has most stood out is the service. One waitress has turned our feelings sour on the whole restaurant because her attitude is so rude and demeaning. She handled our order only once but was taking tables near us during several other recent visits. The things she says when she (apparently) thinks noone can hear and the condescending way she answers questions are enough to leave us no longer wanting to stop in. We will be supporting other nearby restaurants on future trips. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
