Great food, beautiful surroundings, but tragic service. I've visited at least a few times in the last few years and it's the same story every time. If you come without a reservation in the evening, they will lie that there are no seats even if all the tables are free and they will close earlier. I learned my lesson, made a reservation for dinner for 6 people. After the hot dishes were served, we were going to order desserts, but we couldn't, because the kitchen went home a couple of hours before the end of work. It would be much easier if the actual opening hours were announced and the number of tables reduced to what the restaurant is able to serve. Plus, there are dishes that are also suitable for vegetarians. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €15–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Fluffy as Cloud Curd Cheese Cake, Cabbage Rolls, Fried Bread, Potato Pancakes with Chicken

We were visiting Kaunas for just a week and my cousin's wife said we must try this place. Simas, our waiter was highly professional, knowledgeable, warm and friendly, and most importantly patient with my messy and loud toddler, which made our visit very comfortable. The entire staff was super accommodating, food made from scratch amazing and the teas and desert so delicious! There also was a super helpful kids corner for those busy beings when you are trying to finish your delicious meal and enjoy a good conversation. Visit at Vista Puode was so excellent that I went there again in just a couple more days for one more such relaxing dining experience! Will visit again when back in Kaunas and you should too!!
