Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that during the World Cup period, certain match days at Vortex Cafe were designated as family-only events. This policy was implemented not for financial reasons, but to create a comfortable family-friendly environment and provide our guests with additional privacy during these occasions. We also apologize if this policy was not communicated clearly in advance, as we understand how this may have caused frustration. Our team always strives to accommodate all guests to the best of our ability and provide a welcoming experience for everyone.Regarding your visit, although our team informed you of the family-day policy, we continued serving you throughout your stay out of respect and our commitment to hospitality. We value all feedback and will use it to improve communication of special event policies in the future. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide a better experience.
