Es importante que sepan que después de las 9 pm es solo servicio por ventanilla. Y los precios son muy diferentes. El servicio no es muy bueno deja mucho que desear

I am leaving this review because I believe good customer service should be recognized, and poor customer service should be addressed. On June 21st, I placed an order at W Kitchen for two house fried rice with extra egg and green and white onions, a 12-piece spicy salt and pepper wing order, and an order of BBQ pork. My husband and I got the food home and began eating, only to find that both the wings and the fried rice were extremely salty. The wings were so salty that we couldn’t even finish one, and the rice was also overly seasoned. We have ordered from W Kitchen many times before and have never experienced this issue, so I called the restaurant to let them know what happened. I was directed to speak with Mario, who listened to our concerns and asked if we could bring the food back so they could remake the order. Mario was professional, pleasant, and handled the situation exactly how customer service should be handled. Unfortunately, the experience at the front counter was completely different. When I arrived, the employee working the counter greeted me with, “Oh, what’s wrong now?” as if I were a frequent complainer, which I am not. I explained that I was returning because the food was overly salty, and his attitude immediately became apparent when he had to process the replacement order. I requested plain wings instead of the original seasoning, and that was met with more attitude. Once the replacement order was ready, I politely asked for extra soy sauce and duck sauce and was given an eye roll. He handed me two additional packets, and when I asked if they had any hot sauce, I was rudely told that everything should already be in the bag. As paying customers, we understand that mistakes can happen. The food issue itself was not what upset us the most because W Kitchen was willing to correct it. The real problem was the poor attitude and lack of professionalism from the employee at the front counter. If he were the customer receiving food that was not up to standard, I am sure he would want to be treated with kindness and respect as well. Thank you, Mario, for making the situation right. My hope is that management addresses the customer service concerns at the front counter so that future customers have a better experience. Food: 3 Atmosphere: 1
