I really like WBJ, they have good eats. However, this is just a common problem with restaurants like this, they start out great, but when scaling up using the franchise model the quality control takes a hit. For WBJ and specifically this location the staff are great, service is awesome and almost no waiting time! My issue is the inconsistency of the food. Given this price range, I don’t want to guess what I’ll get each time. Without mentioning names, other competitors with similar price range have lower quality, however, more consistency; I can expect my order to be the same each time (in most branches). Overall, WBJ is such a great brand and it’s sad to see the same quality control issue scenario again happening to this restaurant.
