WEBER is a tiny neighborhood spot with incredible food. The spot is entirely run by the owner but he is incredible. The ingredients are fresh and I’ll be thinking about the mushroom and ginger salad and especially the carbonara (so creamy!) for a very long time! Decent neighbourhood spot. They were slow today because one of their staff recently left, so the owner was alone. He cooks dish by dish without simultaneous cooking, hence the long wait Persimmons weren't the sweetest, and didn't really work w the sour cheese Tripe all had some chew, the arrabiatta sauce was authentic, and had some heat. Meanwhile the celery was of good quality but the pepper taste was stronger than anything else, so it didn't have much body The loveliest dish that day was a simple broccoli, blanched to perfection and so lipsmacking with the anchovy paste and garlic in a stir fry The cacio e Pepe paste was al dente, but softer than normal pastas. It was made w truffle, cheese taste was quite weak as expected since truffle dominates everything Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000 Food: 3
