Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Attaching pictures of the food that was served. I just went and gave it back. Chicken was raw and fried rice looked it was a last minute scramble. I'm sending the council here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Do not shop here this is the second time they have messed up my order there is a Sri Lankan woman whenever she’s there she’s more interested in talking to the person in the back who is either the clean or the Cook she gets your order wrong and leaves Items out I Feel it is because she’s more interested in talking With the other staff member, I believe they’re taking the Mick out of the customers as they were constantly look over to you and laugh and then start talking in Sri Lankan again this time I ordered a chicken tower meal and six wings she placed the burger the chips in the drink in a bag and gave it to me. I asked her if the wings were in there as she tried to charge me for them again I explained I’d already paid and she checked her keypad to see if that was the case I also showed up on my Apple Pay. I was the only customer in there in the last 10 to 15 minutes. There was no one in there before me and no one as I was leaving how she forgot what I paid for I do not know however when I got home and I opened my meal, the burger was bright red thinking she’d put ketchup in there and it was too late for me to take it back. I started to try and eat it no, it was not catch up. It was chilli sauce all over the hashbrowns the burger bun and the chicken fillet as I said the chicken fillet was bright red. I have an ulcer and cannot eat spicy food so after one bite I had to bin it the fries were overcooked crispy and really oily and the wings this is the funny part the store is called wings master out of the six wings only two were edible. The other wings were overcooked or had been left in their heated storage place for God know how long as some parts of the meat with crispy than the batter on the outside of the wings the other parts of the wings were so overcooked dry chewy It felt like I was doing rubber The only part of the drink that I could’ve enjoyed was the strawberry Miranda drink however because my mouth was burning after the first bite the Miranda did not taste nice either if you value your time and money avoid wings Master at all costs there is a question below asking what the noise level is like it was very quiet except for the two staff members talking in Sri Lankan looking over at you and laughing then going back to talking. If you try to get their attention it feels like they’re ignoring you as they’re engrossed in their own conversation. I do not understand how the owner of this business allows the kind of behaviour that these two staff members portray because of them being grossed in their conversation taking the Mick out of the customers they constantly get your order wrong they do whatever they want with your food you’ll never get the same order the same twice in this place i.e. the woman decide on which ever sources she wants without your permission Leaves out things that you’ve asked for like cheese Pretty much she does what she wants when she wants whether you want your food like that or not and just so you know, the chicken fillet tower and burger meal is only meant to have mayonnaise, cheese hash brown and the fillet burger in it. I do not know how bright red chilli sauce smothered over everything ended up in there considering I didn’t ask for it I can’t eat spicy food. I don’t enjoy spicy food as I have an ulcer. All in all I believe every part of the £9 I paid was wasted as 95% of my food had to be thrown away four wings out of the six the chicken towel burger and the fries as for me they were an edible If you enjoy this kind of food, then by all means go there if not avoid at all costs.
