Today was my birthday and unfortunately I wouldn't have wanted to experience a situation like that. We ordered the sandwich in the first photo. The first photo shows a well-fried bacon sandwich. I didn't quite understand whether it was a boiler or not. We were told that this sandwich in the photo did not match what we ordered and that it was most likely a misunderstanding on our part. As an apology, we were offered to repeat the requested order free of charge. Later a lady came and said that it was the same sandwich and there was no misunderstanding. She also talked about how the food was cooked. The flash in the photo probably made the sandwich appear different, she said. Afterwards I received an additional cappuccino as an apology since there was supposedly no misunderstanding. They also said that they would not bring the order I requested because there was no error. I really didn't like the food and left without drinking the coffee. **Decide for yourself whether the photo shows the same sandwich and whether it is right to cause so many problems and let the customer leave unsatisfied.
