So last week I came in here and ordered a bowl, which I actually got the wrong proteins at that point I did call in Waba Grill and talk to a manager, which at that point they told me to come in the next time I was in the area because I couldn’t come back at that present time so here on my next visit and talked with our manager and she said since they don’t have their call book they can honor what they agreed upon when I called them. Definitely with the restaurant industry you do have to remember this is the hospitality field so making me wait you know excess time why am on my short break to call and confirm because the book is not here is something that should be handled right away. If there are multiple guests, you should ask for help from somebody else in the kitchen just so we’re handled in the order. We came in first come first serve. Been coming to Waba Grill for a long time lately I’ve had issues not only with service, but with the app not working I think it’s something that the company really needs to address. There are other similar places like flame broiler they have a similar menu with lower pricing. Please figure it out and step up the game. I don’t think I’ll ever return to this flame boiler again.
