On my travels from Palm Springs back to Santa Maria I stopped to grab something to eat and found this Waba Grill. We don't have them on the Central Coast and we used to eat at the one on Palm Springs so I stopped here. The place is in a fairly new looking center just of the 10 Freeway. It's super clean and the staff was very kind and welcoming . I ordered the Mini Bowl Combo with the Sweet and Spicy Chicken. It was delicious and for my side dish I got the Dumplings! Delicious as well. Cooked perfectly. Generous portions, more than I can eat in 3 settings. The thing I just love the best are the sauces! Super flavorful! The sweet lady who waited on me was so helpful since there offerings are different from years back, see was very patient with me making changes. She brought my food out to me and that was very nice. I highly recommend this place for a really good meal, the chicken was flavorful and cooked perfect and tender.
