On May 17, 2026, at approximately 12:00 PM, my granddaughters and I visited the Waffle House location in Parker, Colorado. We were acknowledged when we entered and chose to sit at the counter. Despite being the only guests seated there, no staff member approached us at any point during the twenty minutes we waited. During this time, employees seated and served other customers, yet we remained completely unattended. It was clear we were visible, and the lack of service was both disappointing and unacceptable. After waiting without any acknowledgment or assistance, we chose to leave. This experience reflected poorly on the customer service at this location, and unfortunately, it has discouraged us from returning. Service: 1

Wow, what a terrible guest experience today at this waffle House in Parker. My wife and I were wanting to come to waffle House since we had not been to waffle House in years to have breakfast. Unfortunately, when we walked into the restaurant no one greeted us, or said anything to make us feel welcome. There was no sense of organization of how the seating work, and none of the employees bothered to help us. After standing in the doorway for several minutes confused on how they're process works. My wife and I saw that it was first come first serve honor system. We saw a table and went there to be seated. A Young Man(waffle House employee)by the name of Drew yelled at us not to be seated until he cleaned the seating area. My wife and I stood there shocked at his tone. We moved in order for him to clean the seating area and three other people took the seat that we were waiting for,Drew never said anything to us about being seated after cleaning the area. Mine you they were Anglo Americans, this Drew guy gladly helped. What really sad about Drew's poor guest handling is never he never looked to assist us after being rude to my wife and I. Furthermore,we were there before the people he put before us. My wife and I are an interracial couple and in my judgment Drew displayed blatant racism and prejudice. I highly recommend if you are a person of color do not go to this location for breakfast. The employees desperately need guest relations training on how to treat long-term customers. This was a terrible guest experience. We will never return here again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
