La persona que nos pasó a sentar, nos dio una mesa pero solo cabíamos 4 y éramos 6, una vez que nos dieron la comida nos sentamos en la barrita ( solo una persona y se molestó) ella nos dijo que no nos podíamos sentar ahí porque era otra mesera quien atendía esa área, le dijimos que nos podría cargar extra, pero nos atendió de mala manera, al final nuestra mesera nos dijo que no nos teníamos que mover que ahí y el detalle estaba en que la comida no cabía en la mesa y nosotros sentados tampoco, el mal servicio fue de quien nos sentó quien nos quería mover, no de la mesera.. Ordené un waffle con tocino y un café descafeinado que me dijeron que no tenían, así que tomé café regular. El waffle estuvo delicioso, el café a pesar de que no era el que quería estuvo muy rico también. Lo único que no me agradó es la música tan fuerte que tienen y el ruido de tanta gente, que también comprendo porque el espacio es muy pequeño para tanta gente que nos gusta comer ahí. I go to Waffle House with my girlfriend a lot. This was by far the worst experience at any restaurant I’ve ever been to. The service was so incredibly bad, it was the worst part about today. The waitress did not come to take our order for drinks or food for about the first 10 minutes. It was not that busy when we went. Plenty of open tables. Once she came, she wouldn’t talk or anything. Just looked at us waiting for us to order. We ordered our drinks. We then ordered our food. She forgot our drinks, and we reminded her and she said she was working on it (10 min after ordering). Another waitress came and asked if we were okay and if our drinks were there and she helped. However they only brought my drink and not my girlfriends. I reminded her again, about my girlfriend’s drink. And she glared at us as if we asked something extremely difficult of her. And she brought it in slow motion. We received our drinks about half way through our meal. I have never been anywhere where the food came AFTER we were almost done with the food.. Now, for the food. Waffle House has always been so consistent with the food, it’s my favorite part about it. My girlfriend’s sandwich was completely burnt on both sides. Her waffle was white and originally she was given one without pecans in it , which she did not order. My eggs were not cooked through, they were rushed and my waffle too, was pale. It was not cooked very long, never ever had this problem. Even if the food was consistent as always, the experience would’ve have been regardless due to the server. Experiences like these remind you how important a server can be. Don’t need much, just bring us what we order and I give you a good tip. But when you can’t do the bare minimum even, it’s never going to be a good experience. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Breakfast
