After discovering this place, it’s been one of my regular spot for a sweet treat! The owner is always lovely and welcoming and the atmosphere of the cafe is very cosy and vibey. The portion size of the bingsoo is very generous, can easily be shared between two people. I recommend the mango one. The bubble waffles are warm, crispy and fluffy. When paired with ice cream, it’s perfect for when you want something warm and cold. Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went for a late breakfast and study. The place was super nice, reasonably priced, and the food, tea, and coffee was amazing. The owner (?) was really nice and welcoming. 10/10 will definitely go again

I highly recommend Waffle Master Cafe! I’ve been following their journey from a small city centre stall to this fantastic new location in Exeter. The atmosphere is now so cosy and dynamic—perfect for relaxing. Their Hong Kong-style milk tea and bubble waffles are authentic and delicious.
