Great local Walmart, been going here since the day it opened. They are always in stock, having sales, and the staff has almost been the same year after year and they're always so friendly.

They delivered something I needed for a trip, late so it sat outside my house for 2 weeks while we were out of town. Then they refused to take it back. It was their mistake but the manager wouldn't even look at the order

I’m writing to file a formal complaint regarding a deeply upsetting incident at your 1360 Draper Pkwy store# 5110 Walmart Neighborhood Market on July 21st 2025 at approximately 9:00pm. The conduct of one of your employees—along with the complete inaction of the store manager—left my family feeling disrespected, unsafe, and emotionally shaken. This is a local Walmart we’ve gone to for over a decade, and we’ve never had an issue. We’ve always appreciated the familiarity and convenience of this store, but this experience was completely out of line and unlike anything we’ve ever encountered. During our visit, my young child was gently bouncing a ball—harmless behavior typical of any child. One of your employees suddenly and harshly yelled at him in an unnecessarily aggressive tone. My wife, stunned by the way he spoke to our child, calmly told the employee he had no right to address a child like that. Instead of resolving the moment respectfully, the employee chose to escalate it further. He intentionally argued, mocked my wife, and raised his voice even more, shouting, “I can say what I want,” and then, unbelievably, “This is my store!” His entire demeanor was confrontational and intimidating. He was not trying to de-escalate or resolve anything—he was provoking and asserting power, purposefully trying to make my wife feel small and silenced. As a result, she came home in tears—visibly shaken and humiliated after being yelled at and mocked by someone who should have been acting professionally. She was standing up for our child, and instead of being heard or respected, she was verbally attacked in public. What made this worse was the response—or lack thereof—from the store manager. When my wife approached her, she offered no apology, took no immediate action, and refused to give the employee’s name. This experience has made us, as longtime customers and parents, feel disrespected and unsafe. We’ve always trusted this store, but now we question whether our concerns and basic dignity even matter. We are formally requesting that this incident be investigated immediately and thoroughly. We expect a follow-up from a store manager or regional representative to explain what actions are being taken and what standards Walmart holds its employees to in situations like this. This wasn’t just a rude moment—it was a deliberate escalation by an employee using intimidation and verbal aggression, with a store leader who did nothing to stop it. That is not acceptable under any circumstances. This wasn’t just a customer service issue—it was verbal abuse, public humiliation, and managerial negligence. We won’t let it go unaddressed.
