Very poor customer service and very rude ms. Penny is hateful i purchased a product that came with a 2year warranty a Walmart brand that i was having problems with called home office spoke about my problem and was given a Resolution but when i got to the store in forsyth Ga im told that what Walmart home office told me is wrong and i didnt know what i was talking about and that they would not be Honoring the resolution that walmart home office set for me now in my mind this just doesn't seem or feel right because 1st im the customer so i help pay the workers pay check so why shouldn't they take my money Serious after ive worked for it also this has tobe one of Walmarts less liked store the customer is also always right Especially if they got a warranty for your store brand and you don't want to honor it or listen to your Home Office, it's just very disappointing and a letdown and the way y'all try handling people that way professionalism is at the bottom of the barrel I'm sorry. It's just the God honest truth, because if you really wanted to make right, you're wrong from the faulty item that I purchased from your store, then you would honored my 2 year warranty that the Item came with also when you call about warranty work. For this said item , it takes you straight to a walmart Representative Because it is a Walmart brand there is no number or communication for the manufacturer of that product.Because it is yours walmart

Shelves were stocked better than any Walmart Supercenter that I have been to. Everyone made me feel welcome .The employees were helpful and had smiles on their faces that proved to be real.
