The manager of this place doesn’t care about customers. I bought something that came open and when I went to return it he told me that I couldn’t make a return, I went to make the return 20 minutes after making the purchase it was open without the safety cover, they have a bad administration here

I completed the online process to return an item 'in store' and requested refund go back to my original payment. Upon arriving at the Winfield, KS store, I provided the return barcode to the customer service agent, but their system wouldn't provide an option to refund to my original payment (as designed). It would only refund to a Wal-Mart wallet on 'my' app. I don't have the app downloaded, nor do I have a Walmart wallet. I'm told, in order to resolve, 'I' had to call an 800 number so 'they' could do their magic and fix it. When did it fall to the customer to 'fix' Walmarts computer process??? Saddest customer service ever.
